Fee Structure for Foreign Students

 

The fee structure for foreign student is two fold one for the foreign students (foreign nationality) who get admission in General Category, that is through competition along with Indian students, and the second category is of foreign students/NRI/NRI/ sponsored who are admitted against reserved seats meant for these categories and complete between themselves.

The sponsored foreign students who come through I.C.C.R. will be considered in the General category for their fees etc.

1. Fee structure for General Category is determined from time to time.
2. Tuition Fee structure for Foreign/NRI/NRI sponsored candidates to be admitted against the seats created for them in some Teaching Department of the University:

Notes:

1. Tuition fee shall be payable annually in the form of bank draft in US dollars/Pounds, sterling/Deutschmark or equivalent amount in Indian currency payable to the Registrar, Panjab University at Chandigarh along with a bank certificate for encashment of foreign currency of the like amount.
2. In addition to tuition fees, the students shall pay Registration fee US $ 650 or $ 440 as the case may be + all other dues and charges to the Panjab University as payable by other students of the same class belonging to same category in foreign currency or in Indian Rupees as per University Rules and Regulations.
